武夷茶中苯醚甲环唑的残留检测
Detection on Difenoconazole Residue in Wuyi Tea
摘要
Abstract
In view of the status of pesticide residue in tea, this paper used the technology of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy to explore the rapid detection on pesticide residues in tea. The chlorophyll and organic acids and other substances were removed by using acetonitrile treatment, pressure adsorption (PSA) and Nano bamboo charcoal (NBC) in Wuyi tea soaked in difenoconazole, the prediction model of difenoconazole was established by partial least squares regression method. The results showed the detection concentration was according with the national limit standard, there was no significant difference between the predicted and measured value and the prediction model could be applied to the detection for difenoconazole residues in Wuyi Tea.关键词
