高速公路服务区服务水平综合评价
The Comprehensive Evaluation of Service Level in Highway Service Area
摘要
Abstract
The highway service area is an important ancillary facility for the highway,the construction and management level of the service area can reflect the development of the domestic expressway. This article is mainly based on users' experience to comprehensively evaluate hardware facilities, service levels and so on in service areas by the principles of hierarchy, system, comparability and operability. The weight of relevant indexes is determined by means of data statistics, and the effectiveness of the evaluation method is verified by case analysis.关键词
