氧化苦参碱对病毒性心肌炎小鼠的作用研究
Effect of oxymatrine on viral myocarditis mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of oxymatrine on viral myocarditis.Methods:60 four-week old Balb/c mice were randomly divided into blank group,control group,OMT high and low groups(n=15).The blank group was treated with cultured medium,the other three groups were infected with coxsackie virus B3 (CVB3),7 days later,the OMT high and low groups were respectively injected with OMT.To record the survival rate of mice,take the heart tissue and observe the pathological changes of it at the same time.Results:After the treatment of oxymatrine,the 7-day survival rate of mice was significantly improved ( P<0.05);and it can also reduce the ratio of the cardiac weight to body weight,the myocardial necrosis,and the inflammatory cell infiltration ( P<0.05).Con-clusion:The oxymatrine can decrease the myocardial inflammation and the injury dramatically.关键词
