滋肾活血安神方治疗围绝经期失眠症临床研究
Clinical research of Zishen Huoxue An'shen recipe therapy for treating perimenopause insomnia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and the effect on the patient's sex hormone levels of introduction Zishen Huoxue An'shen recipe in treatment of perimenopausal insomnia.Methods:Sixty patients with menopausal insomnia were randomly divided into the observation group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases.The observation group was given the treatment of Zishen Huoxue An'shen recipe,the control group was treated with oryzanol,two groups of a course of 2 months.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality,Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score,Sex hormone level,Estazolam dose were observed before and after treatment.Results:Total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.67％,control group,the clinical total effective rate was 63.33％.The clinical effect of the group was compared,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Comparison between groups before and after treatment,observation group of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction and total scores of PSQI were signifi-cantly compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the ob-served group FSH decreased significantly more than the control group (P<0.05).The treatment group E2 was sig-nificantly higher than the control group compared to the control group (P<0.05).Compared with the treatment group,the dosage of estazolam in the treatment group was significantly reduced compared with that of the treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Zishen Huoxue An'shen recipe on the treatment of menopausal insom-nia is remarkable.While improving the symptoms of insomnia,it can also be used to regulate the endocrine function of the patient.关键词
