小儿脑瘫运动功能障碍康复治疗中应用针灸治疗的疗效观察
Observation on curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on rehabilitation therapy of children with cerebral palsy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on rehabilitation ther-apy of children with cerebral palsy.Methods:80 children with cerebral palsy motor dysfunction were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups.The children in the control group were treated with rehabilita-tion.The children in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.Children before and af-ter treatment of tendon reflex,muscle tension,clonic,unruly muscle strength,coarse exercise,fine motor function,the overall treatment and brain functional status.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The clonic condition (P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in rehabilitation therapy of children with cerebral palsy is significant.关键词
