芪明颗粒联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗儿童中重度干眼症的疗效观察
Observation on the therapeutic effect of Qiming granule combined with Fluoride Dragon eye drops on children with moderate and severe eye

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Qiming granule combined with fluoride rice dragon eye drops on children with moderate to severe dry eye.Methods:124 cases of children (218 eyes) with moderate to severe dry eye disease were enrolled in this study,according to random number table.Among them,62 cases (107 eyes) in the control group were treated with fumarite eye drops,and 62 cases (111 eyes) in the study group were given fluoride miron eye drops + Qiming granule for treatment.The levels of basal tear secretion test (SIt),noninvasive tear film rupturetime(NIBUT),cornealfluoresceinstaining (FL)andocularsymptomswereobservedbeforeandaftertreat-ment,and the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared Score change.Results:The total effective rate was 90.32％ (56/62) in the study group and 72.58％ (45/62) in the control group.The score of the eye symp-tom (4.21 ± 1.66) was lower than that of the control group (6.87 ± 1.95),the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the SIT test value and the NIBUT group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 1.61％ (1/62) compared with 6.45％ (4/62) in the control group,the difference was not statisti-cally significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Moderate to severe dry eye in children with Qiming particles combined with fluoride meters dragon eye drops effective treatment,help relieve clinical symptoms,improve lacrimal gland func-tion,reduce the degree of corneal epithelial defects,and drug safety,worthy of promotion.关键词
