宣肺止咳方联合孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺功能和血清总IgE的影响
Effect of Xuanfei Zhike decoction combined with montelukast on pulmonary function and serum total IgE in children with cough variant asthma

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Xuanfei Zhike decoction combined with montelukast on cough va-riant asthma in children with pulmonary function and serum total IgE.Methods:80 cases of CVA were randomly di-vided into control group and treatment group,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Monte-lukast Sodium chewable tablets treatment,in the observation group based on the control group treatment combined with Xuan fei Zhike decoction,a course of treatment (4 weeks),were compared between the two groups of patients with pulmonary function and serum total IgE.Results:The clinical observation group,the total efficiency of 92.5％,significantly higher than the control group in clinical treatment the total effective rate was 72.5％ (P<0.05) after treatment ;two groups of TCM syndrome score,total score was significantly lower than that before treatment,after treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);the two groups af-ter treatment of lung function index (VCmax,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF) significantly improved ;After treatment,the observation group improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.05);the two groups after treat-ment of eosinophils,total serum IgE decreased significantly after treatment,the observation group improved signifi-cantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfei Zhike decoction combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma effect sure,it can improve lung function of patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
