益气活血汤对气虚血瘀型心衰患者中医证候及生活质量的影响
Effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on TCM syndrome and quality of life in patients with heart failure due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on TCM syndromes and quality of life in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:100 patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction.The changes of TCM symptoms and quality of life were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score and quality of life score of the two groups were low-er than those before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and quality of life score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional western medicine treatment and conventional western medicine plus Yiqi Huoxue Decoction have good effect in treating CHF,but the combination therapy is superior to conventional western medicine in improving the clinical curative effect and the im-provement of TCM syndromes and quality of life.关键词
