补中益气汤加减对便秘型肠易激综合征患者血液学指标及肠敏感度的影响
Effects of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome on hematological index and intestinal sensitivity

Abstract
Objective:to explore the effects of modified BuzhongYiqi decoction in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome on hematological index and intestinal sensitivity and the clinical therapeutic effect.Methods:132 cases of patients with IBS were divided into control group and observational group,66 cases in each group.The control group was given xisha Billy and cabo of oral calcium,while the observational group was given BuzhongYiqi decoction.4 weeks for a period of treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were observed of two groups.Results:The level of 5-HT,SP,SS,abdominal,distension,constipation score of the observational group were increased.The level of NPT was decreased,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment of observation-al group was higher than the control group,there was statistically different of two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:BuzhongYiqi decoction can improve the effects of the treatment of IBS by adjusting the level of 5-HT,SP,SS and NPY,lowering the score of abdominal pain,bloating and constipation.关键词
