活血化瘀中药治疗衰竭期慢性肾衰竭患者疗效观察
Observation on curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis in patients with Chronic renal failure

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with chro-nic renal failure during the period of failure.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic renal failure (CHD) were ran-domly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine.The patients in the experimental group were treated with Huoxue Huayu Chinese medicine.Patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,the overall treatment effect,the relevant clinical indicators and quality of life.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of Ccr were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group,and the Scr and BUN levels were significantly lower than those in the control group.(P<0.01).The total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medi-cine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in patients with chronic renal failure is significant.关键词
