经穴位超声电导入辅助化疗治疗肺结核临床研究
Efficacy of meridians ultrasonic import in adjuvant chemotherapy of pulmonary tuberculosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe clinical curative effect and security of anti-tuberculosis drugs for pulmonary tuberculosis via meridians ultrasonic import.Methods:Using the randomized controlled methods,290 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into control group and treatment group,with 145 cases in each group ;According to syndrome differentiation of TCM,the treatment group was distinguished as deficiency of both lung and spleen 、de-ficiency of lung and kidney、deficiency of spleen and kidney.The control group were administrated with standard treatment:initial treatment scheme(HRZE),re-treatment scheme(HRZEV);The treatment group were given merid-ians ultrasonic import based on control group.The course of treatment lasted 1 month,the comprehensive therapeutic effect were evaluated by clinical symptom 、sputum bacterium、chest CT scans and tuberculous cavity.Results:The comprehensive curative effect of treatment group was obviously higher than control group after 1 month treatment (P<0.05),and there was no complications and obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Meridians ultrasonic import is a safe and effective combination therapy of Chinese and western in adjuvant therapy of chemotherapy of pulmonary tuberculosis,and it is worth to be popularized.关键词
