针灸对膝骨关节炎患者TNF-α及关节活动度的影响
Effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on TNF-α and joint mobility in patients with knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on TNF -a and joint mobility in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 116 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group and 58 cases in treatment group.Patients in control group were given sodium hyaluronate injection in knee joint.Acupuncture treatment was used in treatment group.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by the changes of knee joint pain,joint stiffness,knee function and joint mobility,and the levels of tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF-α) in serum before and after treatment were monitored.Results:The effective rate (94.8％ ) in the obser-vation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.6％ ),the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05).The VAS score and WOMAC score of joint stiffness in the observation group were significantly lower (P<0.05).The level of serum TNF-αin the observation group was significantly lower than that before treat-ment and the control group (P<0.05),while the Lyshom score and joint activity in the control group were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group Group patients,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of knee osteoarthritis is superior to injection of sodium hyalur-onate knee joint,which is beneficial to relieve joint pain,reduce joint stiffness,improve knee function and improve joint activity,and its mechanism and reduce the level of TNF-a to reduce inflammation Sexual injury,repair of carti-lage tissue are closely related.关键词
