针灸治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the specific effects of acupuncture and moxibustion,and its clinical supe-riority in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:The 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 50 cases.The observation group were received the treatment plan of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and the control group were only giv-en venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.The improvement of depressive symptoms,the rehabilitation of neurological function and the ability of activity of daily living in 2 groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the scores of HAMD,NIHSS and BI before treatment were not significantly different between the two groups (P>0.05),the scores of HAMD,NIHSS and BI after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Aacupuncture and moxibustion can promote blood circulation and invigorate the mind.In the treatment of post - stroke depression,it can help relieve symptoms,and improve nerve function and activities of life.关键词
