面向干旱区湖泊保护的水资源配置思路——以艾丁湖流域为例
Protection of lake in arid region-oriented idea for water resources allocation——case of Aydingkol Lake Watershed

Abstract
By taking Aydingkol Lake Watershed as the study case,the protection of the lake in arid region-oriented idea and method for the water resources allocation therein are discussed and proposed herein,which include the water resources allocation model and multiple cyclic iterative method under multi-level and whole perspective of the total water consumption control of the watershed,total water inflow amount control,total water use control,total water shortage control,total groundwater withdrawal control,etc.The results show that the ecological water shortage of Aydingkol Lake Watershed is to be 260 million m3 in 2020 and 248 million m3 in 2030.In the recent planning,the groundwater over-exploitation is to be decreased through reducing the irrigated area in the region,while it is necessary to implement the relevant inter-basin water transfer project in the days to come.The comprehensive water consumption is to be further increased in 2020,and then the ecological water supplement for the lake must be 72 million m3/a for meeting the basic demand of the inflow into Aydingkol Lake at the same time to ensure the high speed economic development.Under the circumstance of the inter-basin water transfer of 248 million m3 in 2030,the total water inflow into the lake is to be 91 million m3/a.The study result provides a calculation idea for analysis and comparative selection of the protection of lake in arid region-oriented water resources allocation scheme.关键词
