高仿真模拟教学法对高职护生护理岗位胜任力及评判性思维能力的影响
Influence of high simulation teaching method on nursing post competency and critical thinking ability of nursing students in higher vocational colleges

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of high simulation teaching method on the competency and critical thinking ability of nursing students in higher vocational college.Methods:A total of 54 students in 2014 n ursing(first aid care direction)class 1 were selected as control group,56 students in 2014 nursing(first aid care direction) class 2 as observation group.In control group,the traditional teaching method was adopted,and students in observation group used the high simulation teaching method.Before and after the training,the two groups of students were tested with Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE) and Chinese Criticality thinking disposition(CTDI-CV),compared test results.Results:The scores of nursing assessment,nursing skills,communication,case analysis,health education score and CTDI-CV were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The high simulation teaching method could effectively improve the job competency and critical thinking ability of nursing students,but there were still some problems in teaching,and they need to be further explored and perfected.关键词
