社区护士家庭访视对失智老人居家照顾者照顾负荷及生活质量的影响
Influence of family visit of community nurses for the elderly with dementia family caregivers' burden of care and quality of life of the elderly with dementia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of family visit of community nurses for family caregivers' burden of care and quality of life of the elderly with dementia.Methods:A total of 78 elderly with dementia family caregivers from Pudong New Area south pier communities in Shanghai city were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group,39 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine community management,and in intervention group received nursing intervention according to the community nurse family visit program set up in this study,including the caregiver training,issued"dementia caregivers manual" and telephone follow-up for period of 3 months.The changes of caregiver burden and quality of life scores before and after intervention were observed in two groups of caregivers.Results:The score of nursing burden in intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.01),and the score of quality of life was higher than that in control group(P＜0.01).Conclusions:Community family visit can reduce the core burden of family caregivers of dementia elderly,improve their quality of life.关键词
