某肿瘤医院护士创新力现状分析
Analysis of status quo of innovation ability of nurses in a tumor hospital

Abstract
Objective:To inquire into the status quo of innovation ability of nurses in tumor hospital,to analyze the factors hindering nursing innovation and to explore solutions.Methods:A total of 252 nurses from a tumor hospital were investigated by Eugene creativity test scale and Innovation and improvement of nursing equipment survey,at the same time,nurses published papers,research projects and research awards,patents were investigated.Results:The score of innovation ability of 252 nurses was (63.12±10.04).Logistic regression analysis showed that educational background was the main influencing factor of nurses' creativity.Nurses published 0.13 papers per year,in recent 5 years 3 nurses applied for patents,75.0％ did not participate in the subject research.There were 15 items with third prize in Guangxi medical and health appropriate technology promotion in 2015.Nurses self evaluation of innovation"strong"accounted for 76.2 ％,"very strong"accounting for 2.0 ％.Conclusions:The innovation potential of nurses in tumor hospital was insufficient,the invention achievement was less,and the individual personality needed to be improved.关键词
