摘要
Abstract
This article expounded systematically six steps of Rosswurm and Larrabee's model for to evidencebased practice change and its application in nursing practice.This model assessed the status quo and demand to identify change issues,retrieved literatures to obtain evidences,and designed change programs based on specific practices to promote practical change and sustain the continued application of evidences.This model provided a clear and smooth guiding framework for practitioners to carry out evidence-based practice change,and guided practitioners to identify problems,obtain evidences and promote the transformation and application of evidence to practice.关键词
