脑出血昏迷病人胃管置入方法的临床研究
Clinical study for nasogastric tube intubation method in coma patients with cerebral haemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To explore the suitable techniques of nasogastric tube intubation for coma patient with cerebral haemorrhage.Methods:A total of 120 patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma were included,randomly divided into 3 groups (group A,group B,and group C),which were inserting nasogastric tube with the different technique.In group A,the tube was inserted by the conventional technique,and in group B,the nasogastric tube was inserted in lateral and prone position.Group C made use of video laryngoscope to assist nasogastric tube insertion.Compared the success rate of single intubation,adverse reaction rate and duration time of intubation in the 3 groups.Results:Group B and group C had a higher success rate of single intubation comparing with group A,the difference was statistically significant.The success rate of single intubation in group B and group C was quite similar,and the difference was not statistically significant.The incidence of adverse reaction in group B was lower than that of group A and group C.The intubation duration in group B was shorter than that of group A and group C.Conclusion:Nasogastric tube insertion in lateral and prone position was the reasonable technique for coma patient with cerebral haemorrhage due to higher success rate of single intubation,lower adverse reaction rate and less intubation time.关键词
