Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin tablet combined with mosapride in the treatment of gastrointestinal disease-associated dyspepsia in senile patients.Methods Eighty senile patients(≥60 years old) with gastrointestinal disease-associated dyspepsia were divided into two groups:treatment group (n =42) and control group (n =38).The patients in treatment group received oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin tablet combined with mosapride for two weeks,while the patients in control group were treated with mosapride for two weeks.Score of dyspeptic symptoms were assessed.The total effective rate was compared between two groups.The adverse events were observed and recorded.Results At 14 d after treatment,the total scores of dyspeptic symptoms were significantly decreased in two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The total score in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group at 14 d after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(90.5％ vs 73.7％,P ＜ 0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups except for mild diarrhea.Conclusion Oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin tablet combined with mosapride can effectively improve dyspepsia symptoms in the senile patients with gastrointestinal disease-associated dyspepsia with good safety.关键词
