影响脑卒中患者发生记忆功能障碍的相关危险因素分析
Analysis of risk factors influencing memory dysfunction in stroke patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the related risk factors of memory dysfunction in stroke patients .Methods:Fifty -two stroke patients (study group) and 52 healthy subjects (control group) were enrolled in the 《Clinical memory scaleto》 analyze the risk factors of memory dysfunction in stroke patients .Results :The scores of memory and memory test in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0 .05) .The scores of free memory test in the study group were lower than those in the patients with cerebral infarction and the rest were higher than those in the patients with cerebral infarction There was no significant difference in scores between the two groups (P>0 .05) .The related factors of memory impairment in patients with stroke were frequency of oc-currence ,education ,work ,daily communication and history of aluminum exposure .Conclusion:The incidence of memory dysfunction in stroke patients is high ,which has an adverse effect on the prognosis of patients .Screening and monitoring this series of risk factors provide the basis for clinical treatment and prevention .关键词
