利伐沙班联合抗血栓压力泵预防人工髋膝关节置换术后深静脉血栓疗效研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the therapeutical effect of rivaroxaban combined with antithrombotic pressure pump in prevention of deep vein thrombosis after artificial total hip arthroplasty (T HA ) and total knee arthroplasty (TKA) .Methods:68 patients with THA and TKA in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and ob-servation group ,34 cases in each group .The patients in the control group were taken rivaroxaban orally ,and pa-tients in the other group were treated with antithrombotic pressure pump on the basis of rivaroxaban .The levels of homocysteine ,c-reactive protein and D-dimer in the patients'blood were compared between the two groups .Besides , the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis were compared in these two groups 1 week ,2 weeks ,3weeks af-ter surgery respectively .,and the postoperative complications were evaluated .Results :The levels of homocysteine , c-reactive protein and D-dimer in the observation group were significantly decreased than the control group (P<0 . 05) .Besides ,the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis of the observation group (11 .76% ) was signifi-cantly lower than those in the control group(41 .18% ) and the postoperative complications (2 .94% ) was less when compared with the control group(23 .53% )(P<0 .05) .There's no bleeding in the observation group .Conclusion :Ri-varoxaban combined with antithrombotic pressure pump can reduce the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombo-sis after THA and TKA successfully with less postoperative complications and low bleeding risk .关键词
