加长型PFNA-Ⅱ和DHS治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨转子下骨折临床疗效及CRP、IL-6、Harris评分变化
DHS and PFNA-Ⅱ lengthened for elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral subtrochanteric fractures and CRP ,the efficacy of IL-6 ,the influence of the Harris score

Abstract
Objective:To study the contrast long femoral proximal screw nails-Ⅱ prevention (PFNA-Ⅱ) and dynamic hip screw (DHS) in treatment of senile osteoporosis patients with femoral subtrochanteric fracture curative effect and the CRP ,the influence of IL-6 ,Harris score .Methods:Chose from February 2014 to March 2016 of our hospital in elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral subtrochanteric fractures in 86 cases .According to the difference of treatment were divided into observation group and the control group each had 43 cases .The control group with line DHS treatment ,and the observation group was treated with PFNA-Ⅱ lengthened ,compared two groups of thera-peutic effect .Results :The bleeding and the fracture healing time of observing group respectively was (274 .5 ± 85 .6) ml ,(12 .3 ± 2 .1) weeks ,which was lower than the control group of (364 .2 ± 91 .8) ml ,(14 .1 ± 2 .3) weeks ,with significant differences (P< 0 .05) .Observation group after treatment of serum IL-6 and CRP levels were lower than the control group ,with significant difference (P< 0 .05) .Observation group after 3 months ,6 months of Harris scores were higher than control group ,with significant difference (P<0 .05) .Observation group of the incidence of postoperative complications was 0 .00% (0/43) ,lower than the control group 13 .95% (6/43) ,with significant difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Long PFNA-Ⅱ treatment the curative effect of senile osteoporotic femoral sub-trochanteric fracture significantly ,which can effectively improve the serum level of CRP ,IL-6 ,promote the recovery of hip function ,security is better .关键词
