贝那普利联合黄葵对慢性肾小球肾炎的治疗效果及安全性评价
Study on the efficiency and safety of Benazepril combined with Huangkui in the treatment process of chronic glomerulonephritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study on the efficiency and safety of benazepril combined with Huangkui in the treatment process of chronic glomerulonephritis .Methods :The 96 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were treated .They were divided into observation group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48) .The patients were treated with benazepril in the control group ,while the patients were treated with benazepril and Huangkui in the observation group .The treatment effects were observed and compared .Results :① Before treatment ,it was not significantly different in these two groups about urinary protein quantification and renal function (BUN ,Scr) ,plasma albumin and blood pressure (systolic blood pressure ,diastolic blood pressure) ,plasma albumin ,the levels of TC and TG , red blood cells and white blood cells in the urine (P>0 .05) ,but after treatment ,the indexes including urinary pro-tein quantification and renal function ,plasma albumin and blood pressure ,the levels of TC and TG ,red blood cells and white blood cells in the urine in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0 .05) ,and plasma albumin was significantly higher than the control group (P<0 .05) .②The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (91 .67% VS 72 .92% , P<0 .05) .Besides ,the posi-tive rate of red blood cells and white blood cells in the urine was lower than that of the control group (P<0 .05) .③Before and after treatment ,there was no significant difference about the level of GPT between these two groups (P>0 .05) ,and there were fewer adverse reactions .Conclusion:Benazepril combined with Huangkui is used to chronic glomerulonephritis ,and it can significantly reduce proteinuria with improved renal function .The effect is safe and effective and this method is recommended in clinical .关键词
