体外膈肌起搏对慢阻肺患者康复护理100例临床观察
Nursing effect of external diaphragmatic pacemaker in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective :To study the nursing effect of external diaphragmatic pacemaker in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease .Methods :200 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were ran-domly divided into control group and observation group ,100 cases in each group .The patients in the observation group were treated with external diaphragmatic pacemaker on the basis of conventional therapy .The levels of pH、PaCO2 、PaO2 in the patients'arterial blood were compared between the two groups .Besides ,the functional recovery effects of respiratory system and the amplitude of diaphragm activity were compared in these two groups .Results :The levels of PaCO2 in the observation group was significantly decreased than the control group and PaO2 was signif-icantly improved than the control group(P<0 .01) .Besides ,the effective rate of respiratory function (85 .00% ) was higher than that in the control group(71 .00% ) significantly and the amplitude of diaphragm activity (5 .28 ± 1 .21) cm .was increased greatly compared with the control group (3 .14 ± 0 .29)cm .Conclusion :External diaphragmatic pacemaker on the basis of conventional therapy can recover the systolic function of the diaphragm and has good effects towards the recovery of lung function .关键词
