中老年女性性生活不适感与绝经症状的相关性研究
Correlation between sexual discomfort and menopausal symptoms in middle-old aged women

Abstract
Objective:To explore the prevalence and associated factors of sexual discomfort in middle-old aged women through a survey for sexual discomfort of women aged 40-60 years old.Methods:The women aged 40-60 years old who received physical examination in the sixth people's hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University from Jun.2015 to Jun.2016 were enrolled in this study.They were investigated with a general questionnaire,Kupperman Index(KMI)and the sexual condition scale.All date were analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Results:A total of 2 374 women were included for analysis.The prevalence of sexual discomfort was 37.5％ and the most of sexual discomfort was mild(30.4％).The prevalence in postmenopause women (48.7 ％) was significantly higher than that in perimenopausal women (31.5 ％) and premenopausal women (8.3％)(P＜0.01).With the increasing degree of menopausal symptoms,the prevalence of sexual discomfort was gradually increased (P ＜ 0.01).Hot flashes,paresthesia,insomnia,nervousness,vertigo,palpitation,high educational level,diabetes,menopausal status were the risk factors for sexual discomfort (P＜0.01);and the working state(employment vs.retirement),high income was negatively associated with sexual discomfort(P＜0.01).Conclusions:The prevalence of sexual discomfort was high in middle-old aged women,and it is closely related to menopausal status,menopausal symptoms,educational level,income,working status and diabetes.It should pay more attention to sexual health for middle-old aged women.The health care providers should give appropriate guidance to them for improving their sexual satisfaction and life quality.关键词
