Abstract

In order to explore the dispersion of single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) with graphene oxide (GO) solution, the different size GO solutions prepared by Hummers method and controlling the oxidation and ultrasonic processes were used to disperse SWCNTs for solution-like GO/SWCNTs suspensions. The GO/SWCNT transparent conducting films (GO/SWCNT-TCFs) were prepared by spray-coating method. The dispersion of the GO/SWCNTs suspension and the conductive property of GO/SWCNT-TCFs were characterized by SEM, TEM, UV-vis spectroscopy, and electrical conductivity measurement by a four-point probe. The results show that the S-GO with minimum size disperses best the SWCNTs and the S-GO/SWCNTs suspension has the highest ultraviolet and visible absorbance. The S-GO/SWCNTs-TCFs have the best conductivity property and the sheet resistance of S-GO/SWCNTs-TCFs is 1.8 kΩ/sq at 85%transmittance.
