改性菌糠对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附
Adsorption of Methylene Blue by modified mushroom bran

Abstract
In order to explore the adsorbent which is cheap, efficient and environmental friendly to absorb Methylene Blue, the mushroom bran was modified with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to absorb Methylene Blue from aqueous solution. The adsorption mechanism was investigated by the kinetic model simulation, ATR-FTIR and SEM analysis. The effects of the dosage of modified mushroom bran, the initial concentration of dye solution, pH of the Methylene Blue aqueous solutions and the adsorption time on the adsorption capacity of Methylene Blue by the modified mushroom bran were discussed. The results showed that the adsorption effect of modified mushroom bran on Methylene Blue is significantly higher than that of unmodified mushroom bran. Increasing the initial pH of the Methylene Blue aqueous solutions and the adsorption time could improve the adsorption capacity of modified mushroom bran to Methylene Blue. The adsorption effect of Methylene Blue is the best when the initial concentration of Methylene Blue aqueous solution is 100 mg/L, the dosage of modified mushroom bran is 4 g/L, the initial pH of the Methylene Blue aqueous solutions is 10.0 and adsorption time is 120 min. Finally, the decolorizing rate and adsorption capacity are 93.18% and 23.21 mg/g, respectively. The adsorption of Methylene Blue by the modified mushroom bran is in accordance with the pseudo first-order kinetic equations and this illustrates that it is physical adsorption. The modified mushroom bran has good reuse property and the decolorizing rate of Methylene Blue is still more than 90%after the modified mushroom bran is recycled for 3 times.关键词
