多孔ZnO材料的制备及其苯敏性能
Preparation and sensing property to benzene of porous ZnO material

Abstract
To detect toxic benzene gas, porous ZnO sensing material has been fabricated through solvothermal process and thermal treatment. The structure and morphology were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The gas sensing properties of porous ZnO material to benzene gas were researched. The results showed that the sensor based on ZnO material exhibits excellent sensing performance towards benzene at a relatively low working temperature, and the sensitivity continuously intensifies along with increasing the benzene concentration and reaches 14 in 100 mg/L benzene at 250℃. In addition, the ZnO sensor also shows high response to toluene, xylene or mesitylene gases.关键词
