Synthesis of 6-Azido Galactosides
摘要
Abstract
6-azido galactose is an important intermediate in carbohydrate chemistry,and widely used in the construction of building blocks of various functional oligosaccharides.In this research,an efficient and concise method for synthesising 6-azido galactoside using galactose as the starting material was used,which provides an experimental basis for further syn-thesing sialogalactosides and their protein conjugates as anti-influenza glycocomplexes.关键词
