Abstract
To establish a method for detecting micro-dialysis recovery of forsythoside B,acteoside and isoacteoside,measuring the concentration of three phenylethanoid glycosides in intracerebral dialysate by LC-MS/MS method,and compare the probe recovery in vitro and in vivo.The recovery of three phenylethanoid glycosides was 19.5％,27.5％,31.9％ in vitro and1 1.6％,16.0％,16.9％ in vivo.The probe recovery of three phenylethanoid glycosides in vivo is lower than in vitro,and both are stable in different concentrations.The LC-MS/MS method is accurate,sensitive,and reproducible for quantitative determination of three phenylethanoid glycosides in microdialysate.关键词
