高效液相色谱法同时测定青钱柳中9种指标成分的含量
Simultaneous Determination of Nine Chemical Markers of Cyclocaryae Folium by HPLC

Abstract
HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,vanililic acid,ellagic acid,sioquercitin,afzelin,quercetin,kaempferol,kaempferidel and ursolic acid in Cyclocaryae Folium.The ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18column (150 mm × 4.6 mm,3.5 μm) was used with 0.2% phosphoric acid in acetonitrile (A) and 0.2% phosphoric acid in water (B) as mobile phases in gradient elution mode.The flow rate was 0.7 mL/min,the column temperature was 35 ℃.The DAD detection wavelength was set at 210 nm for vanililic acid,ellagic acid and ursolic acid,360 nm for the others.As a result,nine chemical markers were separated well,the average recoveries were between 95.86-103.30%,RSD < 2.5%.The developed HPLC method was simple,accurate and reproductive.It is suitable for the determination of nine chemical markers of Cyclocaryae Folium.关键词
