Abstract
Objective:To explore the missed or misdiagnosis causes of full-field digital manmography (FFDM) in breast cancer,to provide reference for accurate diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:Twenty-three cases with breast cancer missed or misdiagnosed in FFDM in our hospital from September 2016 to March 2017 were collected. The imaging findings were analyzed retrospectively combined with the pathological findings. Results:In 23 cases,21 cases were misdiagnosed and 2 cases were missed.Seventeen cases of 30-50 years old, accounting for 74%,6 cases of 51-70 years old, accounting for 16%.Eighteen cases showed no signs of malignancy, mainly for non symmetric compact, clear boundary mass, fuzzy edge mass and structural disorder,2 cases of typical malignant lesions, but doctor was wrong about the lesions,1 case of galactography showed catheter without obvious damage, like benign,so misdiagnosis,2 cases were small, covered up with dense glands lead to undeteced. Conclusion:The X-ray manifestations of atypical cases, because there is no characteristic imaging findings, easy to miss, physicians should analyze the direct signs carefully, when necessary, combined with other examination data, can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis rate.关键词
