Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of ultrasound and elastography on guiding fine needle aspiration (FNA) of thyroid nodule.Methods:A total of 120 patients with thyroid nodules admitted from July 2016 to July 2017 were divided into ultrasound and elastography guided group,each group of 60 cases.Two groups were separately given ultrasound or elastography on guiding FNA,the diagnosis results and cellular pathology results were compared,and the differences of diagnosis between two groups were analyzed.Results:Compared with the ultrasound group,the elastography group significantly improved the diagnosis rate of Bethesda 2 and 6 types (P＜ 0.05).Compared with other categories,there was no significant difference in diagnosis rate (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Elastography on guiding FNA for patients with thyroid nodules,compared with the conventional mode guided by ultrasound,success rate of materials,first biopsy diagnosis rate are improved obviously,is worth further popularization and application.关键词
