Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided modified sclerotherapy on renal cyst.Methods:Twenty-six cases with renal cyst from March 2015 to January 2017 were selected as observation group,and were treated with ultrasound-guided modified sclerotherapy.Twenty-six patients with renal cyst admitted from January 2010 to December 2016,were selected as control group,and were treated with ultrasound guided traditional anhydrous ethanol sclerotherapy.The adverse reactions and treatment effects of the one month,three months and six months after the operation were compared.Results:Two groups were successfully punctured,and there was no subcapsular hematoma and leakage around in the next day.In the observation group,slight side abdominal distending pain occurred in 3 cases,transient irritative pain occurred in 5 cases without any drunken reaction.In the control group,slight side abdominal distending pain occurred in 5 cases,transient irritation pain occurred in 20 patients,17 cases appeared drunkenness symptoms,such as flushing,palpitation,dizziness,nausea.The difference of adverse reactions between two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The treatment effects of one month,three months and six months after operation in observation group were better than those in control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of renal cyst with ultrasound-guided modified sclerotherapy is better than ultrasound guided traditional anhydrous ethanol sclerotherapy.The patients are well tolerated and have less adverse reactions.It is a safe and effective treatment method and worth popularizing.关键词
