Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and occurrence of complications of artificial hip replacement in eldly patients.Methods:Ninety-eight cases(101 hip) with hemiarthroplasty or total hip replacement were admitted from January 2013 to May 2016.The theraputic method was summarized before,during and after the operation.Treatment efficacy and occurrence of complications were analyzed.Results:All the patients were followed up for average (13.8±8.2) months,there were no known vascular and nerve injuries during operation,pulmonary embolism in one patient and were given active treatment without death.Early complications occurred in 12 cases,late complications occurred in 8 cases.Harris scores after the operation was 82-95 pionts,average 87.6 points.Conclusion:Artificial hip replacement has satisfactory clinical outcom in eldly patients.Correct preoperative evaluation,the standard of operation and correct function exercise can maximum limit to reduce the incidence of complication.关键词
