布比卡因切口持续浸润对开胸心脏手术患者术后镇痛的效果研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous incision infusion by bupivacaine on postoperative analgesia after open heart surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients with open heart surgery,ASA Ⅱ-Ⅲ were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each grooup.Group A were given patient controlled intravenous (PCI) analgesia for tramadol combined dezocine.Group B were given 0.15％ bupivacaine incision continued infiltration as control group.VAS pain scores,sedation Ramsay score,pressing analgesia pump frequency and adverse reaction were recorded at each time point in the quiet,2,4,8,12,24,48 hours after the operation.Results:VAS scores in group B at each time point were lower than that in group A.Sedation Ramsay score in group A was higher than that in group B,the adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting in group A were more serious than that in group B.Conclusion:Bupivacaine plays effective role in postoperative analgesia when its concentration reached 0.15％ subcutaneous after open heart surgery.关键词
