自酸蚀粘结剂S3bond修复前牙缺损的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of total-etch adhesive Prime & bond NT and self-etch adhesive S3 bond on repairation of anterior teeth defects.Methods:A total of 106 patients with anterior teeth defects admitted from July 2014 to July 2015 were divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was received self-etch adhesive S3 bond and Z350 to repair teeth,control group was received total-etch adhesive prime & bond NT and Z350 to repair teeth.The resin repairation of patients was evaluated by USPHS after repairation three months and one year.Results:There were no significant differences in clinical efficacy between two groups(P＞0.05).Self-etch adhesive S3 bond was more sensitive to total-etch adhesive after repairation one year (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Two methods have good curative effects in respair anterior teeth defects.Self-etch adhesive S3 bond has less sensitivity after the repairation and is more easily operated in clinics.关键词
