老年性高血脂患者服药依从性及其对外周血ROS水平的影响

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of medication compliance and ROS level of peripheral blood in elderly patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods:A total of 428 elderly patients with hyperlipidemia from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected.The compliance and influencing factors of the patients were analyzed with Morisky and social support rating scale (SSRS).And 168 healthy elderly without hyperlipidemia were selected as control group,the level of serum ROS was detected with ELISA.Results:The medication compliance in elderly patients with hyperlipidemia were negatively correlated with the types of medicine and time of disease (P ＜0.05,P ＜0.01).Compared with non medicare patients,the compliance was higher than medicare patients (P ＜ 0.05).In addition,medication compliance in patients with better economic conditions and urban were significantly higher than those with poor economic conditions and non urban (P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Multiple factor analysis showed that medication compliance was negatively correlated with the types of medication and time of disease (Y=-1.28X+4.389,R2 =4.27,P ＜0.01).Serum ROS levels in patients with hyperlipidemia were significantly higher than those in control group,after decompression therapy,serum ROS was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05),but serum levels of ROS was still higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The medication compliance of elderly patients with hyperlipidemia is gradually decreased with the increase time of the disease and the types of medication.Through effective measures to improve the coverage rate of medical insurance can increase medication compliance of poor elderly patients with hyperlipidemia.关键词
