盆底重建术治疗盆腔脏器脱垂的远期疗效分析
Long-term clinical effect after pelvic floor reconstruction surgery in patients with pelvic organ prolapse.

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical outcome,the quality of life and postoper-ation complications after pelvic floor reconstruction surgery with severe pelvic organ prolapse. Methods:117 severe pelvic organ prolapse patients who underwent pelvic floor reconstruction surgery with transvaginal mesh was analyzed at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou Uni-versity from Jan. 2007 to June 2012. To analyze POP-Q score,PFDI-20 score,PFIQ-7 score, PGI-C,postoperation recurrence rate and complications. The follow-up time was 5 years. Re-sults:Comparing preoperative and postoperative POP-Q score,the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The PFDI-20 and PFIQ-7 score of postoperation were lower,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0. 05). After one year,the quality of life of patients trends smoothly. The average postoperative PGI-C was about 4 points. After 2 years,3 years and 5 years,the recurrence rate was 0,1. 71%,3. 42%,respectively. Mesh extrusion was still the main complication. Conclusion:Pelvic floor reconstruction surgery in pelvic organ prolapse treatment with vaginal mesh was safety and efficacy,significantly improving the quality of life of patients. The rate of long-term complications was low.关键词
