摘要

Abstract

Different parts of Kadsura coccinea from Hunan,Jiangxi,Guizhou were extracted by ultrasonicassited extraction,and the antioxidant contents and antioxidant activities in the extracts of peel,pulp and seed were determined and compared.The results showed that the highest content of antioxidant substances such as polyphenols,total flavonoids,VC and anthocyanin in the Kadsura coccinea was found in Guizhou,while the lowest level was found in Hunan area,these contents of antioxidant substances in three area were all showing the same tendency,that is in peel >in pulp >in seed.The contents of polyphenols,flavonoids,anthocyanins and vitamin C reached to 3.155±0.006 mg GAE/g FW,12.685±0.041 mg CE/g FW,0.635±0.013 mg CYE/g FW,and 87.591±0.082mg VC/g respectively,and the DPPH,ABTS,FRAP antioxidant activities in Peel of Kadsura coccinea from Guizhou are 287.527±0.384 μmol Trolox/g FW,208.468a1.072 μmol Trolox/g FW and 200.878±1.224 μmol Trolox/g FW,respectively.Spearman correlation study showed that the content of polyphenols,flavonoids,anthocyanins and vitamin C is strongly related to antioxidant activity.The research provides a theoretical basis for the deep processing of Kadsura coccinea.
