摘要

Abstract

Ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury is defined as the blood supply restored after a certain period of tissue ischemia.The physiological function is not recovered but more severe tissue dysfunction occurs,leading to more severe organ injury.At present,scholars have different opinions on the pathogenesis of I/R injury.Current prevention and treatment cannot yield satisfactory outcomes.Previous studies related to the pathogenesis of I/R injury obtain limited findings.The complex interaction among I/R injury-related signaling pathways seriously affects the understanding,prevention and treatment of I/R injury.Hence,the researchers have been exploring effective approaches to treat I/R injury.Recently,microRNA has been proven to contribute to the treatment of cerebral I/R injury.In this paper,the relationship between microRNA and the pathogenesis of cerebral I/R injury is briefly reviewed,aiming to provide reference to the researchers.
