医院药房自动化的患者满意度调查分析
Analysis on the Satisfaction of Patients to Hospital Pharmacy Automation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the patients' satisfaction on effect of automation hospital pharmacy. Methods The index of patients' satisfaction was established, and the data of patients' satisfaction degree was collected through questionnaire survey. Results Through the analysis of 221 survey data collected in Jilin area in 2016, we found that patients were satisfied with the time, efficiency, order and the accuracy of drug delivery in the hospital pharmacy of automatic drug delivery system. And the overall satisfaction of the pharmacy automation had been higher than traditional hospital. Conclusion The level of patients' satisfaction of pharmacy automation was higher than artificial pharmacy. And it can improre the work efficiency of the pharmacy.关键词
