基于层次分析法和德尔菲法的医疗设备采购评价方法OACSTPCD
Evaluation Method of Medical Equipment Procurement Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi Method
本文针对医疗设备采购评价方法的不足和未充分考虑医疗设备的特殊性和专业性,提出了更加全面的采购评价体系.利用的现有的数据和易于搜集的资料,并结合医院的实践情况,初步确立了医疗设备采购的指标体系框架.经德尔菲专家咨询法进一步蹄选评价指标后,最终确立指标体系框架.再利用层次分析法获取指标的权重.通过建立采购评价体系,可以促进医疗设备招标评标工作的规范化和标准化,提高医院采供工作廉政建设水平与职务犯罪预防能力.
This paper presents a more comprehensive evaluation system of medical equipment, because of the shortcomings of the existing evaluation method and there is not fully considering the particularity and professional of medical equipment.
