Abstract
In order to research the requirement of CT from customer, In this study, we designed the questionnaire, determined the importance of demand, evaluated the status of demand characteristics, and calculated the demand characteristic target value, the weight of selling point and relative importance of demand. Finally, the requirement programming was made. This study systematically investigated the user demand of CT project, and laid the foundation for the quality analysis of after-sales service quality of CT project.关键词
