摘要
Abstract
The elderly care assessment and the hierarchical elderly care based on it are the premises to guarantee the equitable distribution of the resources for the elderly,which still needs to be improved in China.This article reviewed the current situation of elderly care assessment at home and abroad and analyzed the self-care ability,cognitive function,disease and health index,nutritional status and demand,and psychological status and demand.Therefore,some suggestions were put forward to promote the construction of elderly care assessment system and improve the establishment of hierarchical elderly care system,including constructing the assessment system based on above five basic ability dimensions to ensure the fairness,making the hierarchical elderly care match assessment results scientifically,introducing the third party evaluation mechanism and so on.关键词
