Abstract
Posterior mediastinal inflammation with hematoma is one special type of non-tumor occupying diseases in the mediastinum.The sites and onset modes of it vary among the sick,while chest pain is the first and most common clinical manifestation.And it is easily confused with other common diseases in mediastinum such as tumor,tuberculosis,cyst and so on,which results in misdiagnosis and diagnostic errors.In order to improve the clinicians' awareness level of non-space-occupying lesion in the posterior mediastinum and to reduce the misdiagnosis and mistreatment,in this paper,we summarized the clinical features of this disease,including the hematoma location,incentives,the basic disease,mode of onset,causes of bleeding,clinical symptoms,misdiagnosis and main examinations,treatment and prognosis based on reporting the clinical diagnosis and treatment of one case of posterior mediastinal inflammation with hematoma combined with the related literature review.关键词
