癌症患者失志症候群的研究进展
Recent Developments in Demoralization Syndrome of Cancer Patients
摘要
Abstract
Demoralization syndrome is a clinical syndrome of persistent pain with the loss of life meaning,which is common among cancer patients.Although it has not been recorded as a new diagnosis in the ICD and (or) DSM system,foreign scholars have already tried to explain its content from multi-aspects,and there are certain achievements in the development of assessment instruments.However,there are few related studies in China,only the Taiwan scholars have systematically studied the symptom disorder.We reviewed the history of concept and application of assessment instruments about demoralization syndrome in cancer patients,in the hope of causing the attention of domestic scholars in this field research.关键词
