国外城市社区慢性病健康教育研究现状及其对我国的启示
Current Overseas Urban Community-based Chronic Disease-related Health Education and Its Enlightenment for China
摘要
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization,and the changes in disease spectrum and the medical model,chronic disease has become a major public health problem affecting the health of residents and hindering the development of society and economy in China.In recent years,although great progress has been achieved in domestic urban community-based chronic disease-related health education (UCCDHE),there are still some challenges in the system development,financing,staffing,evaluation system and online service platform construction associated with it.In view of this,in order to promote the domestic sustainable development of UCCDHE,based on the review of the developments in overseas UCCDHE combined with the domestic situation of UCCDHE,we proposed the following suggestions:formulating and enacting the related laws and regulations and improving the organizational structure;broadening the financing channels and improving the related reimbursement mechanism;optimizing the personnel allocation and strengthening professional training;standardizing the assessment criteria and quantizing the evaluation system;developing the cloud-based education platform and improving the quality of education.关键词
