纠正血小板计数异常预防术后大出血引起的医疗纠纷
Correction of Abnormal Platelet Count for the Prevention of Medical Disputes due to Postoperative Massive Bleeding
摘要
Abstract
Medical disputes caused by postoperative massive bleeding occur from time to time.As a matter of fact,postoperative bleeding caused by abnormal platelet count is a kind of medical risks that is easily overlooked by surgeon,but controllable.Of the routine blood test indicators,the levels of hemoglobin and white blood cells of the patients are often be paid more attention by the surgeons,while those of platelet count are often be ignored.We reported 2 cases of postoperative massive bleeding due to abnormal platelet count with a view to giving the suggestion that,those patients with postoperative bleeding and significant platelet reduction should be administered fresh platelets timely as a helpful way to stop the bleeding.关键词
